The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and regulatory compliance while driving adviser productivity and business growth. The successful candidate will mentor advisers through structured development programs, conduct joint field work, and monitor KPIs to ensure high standards of professional and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required; CMFAS certifications or ability to obtain before appointment.
• Eligible to act as a Financial Adviser Representative in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, insurance, banking or wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and manage an assigned team of Financial Advisers.
• Set clear expectations and development plans; conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure regulatory and ethical standards.
• Drive business growth through coaching, field work and client engagement.
• Recruit, onboard and retain advisers; support career progression and training.
• Oversee compliance, risk management and client servicing best practices.
