Qualifications

• No prior experience required in financial advisory.
• Structured training, professional coaching, and examination-fee sponsorship.
• Preparation support for CMFAS examinations and related regulatory requirements.
• Weekly training, coaching, and practical role-play guidance.
• One-to-one coaching from experienced producers.
• Guidance in lead generation, appointment setting, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families in conversations about financial priorities, protection, savings, retirement, and long-term planning.
• Build professional relationships through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Understand clients’ needs and financial circumstances through fact-finding and engagement.
• Work with experienced advisers on client conversations, case progression, and learning.
• Develop prospecting, appointment-setting, relationship-management, and client-service skills.
• Provide advisory services after completing required pathway and being appointed by the firm.
