Through weekly masterclasses, real-world client scenarios, and CMFAS examination sponsorship, you’ll progress along a clear path toward senior advisory or agency management based on merit.

Qualifications

• Poly Polytechnic Diploma
• Full GCE 'A' Levels
• International Baccalaureate (IB)
• a University Degree in any field
• Minimum age of 21 (as per local regulatory guidelines)

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Assess: Learn to evaluate client financial profiles, life goals, and risk profiles.
• Solution Design: Draft tailored, holistic financial blueprints (covering protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, and legacy planning).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through value-add consultations.
• Continuous Upskilling: Active participation in weekly masterclasses, roleplay practice sessions, and market updates.
• High Coachability: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to step outside your comfort zone.
