Position Overview:

As a Financial Adviser Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions. You will assist our financial advisers with administrative tasks, client communications, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of client documents and insurance proposals.
  • Maintain client records and ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the processing of insurance applications and claims.
  • Assist with data entry and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial advisory or insurance.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must have passed or be exempted from the relevant SCI exams, including M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI.
