We are partnering a Large Tech MNC in search for an experienced financial accountant!

The Opportunity

• Focus: Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis.
• Office Location: Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
• The role will start off as a 12 months contractual assignment.

The Talent

Minimum Qualifications:

• Recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA).
• At least 5 years of experience in the accounting and finance sector.
• Experience with full P&L management in a multinational company.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP.
• Big 4 experience.
• Related industry experience.

The Job

• Manage general ledgers and end-to-end month-end processing.
• Maintain Fixed Assets and Prepayment Registers.
• Deliver balance sheet reconciliations, internal management reports, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with statutory accounts and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with tax consultants to prepare and submit income tax returns and other taxation matters as required.
• Assist in process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and accountants.
• Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by the Financial Controller and contribute effectively.
