Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage policies, processes, and execution for payments, payroll, revenue recognition, billing, and credit control activities.

• Implement and maintain robust policies and procedures to achieve targeted financial outcomes.

• Establish effective internal controls, assess financial risks, and develop appropriate mitigation measures.

• Ensure payments, billings, and collections are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

• Oversee the accurate and timely accrual of revenue.

• Manage payroll budgeting and related planning activities.

• Deliver timely, accurate financial analyses, summaries, and reports that provide actionable insights and track processing efficiency.

• Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvements in finance operations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

• Supervise the Finance PMO and a small team of accountants supporting the Finance Division in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

• Oversee IT-related administrative functions for the Division, such as staff onboarding, annual disaster recovery exercises, and access reviews.

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the finance team.

• Undertake other ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA for finance

• Big 4 Experience will be a plus
