Job summary

Newbridge seeks a high-caliber Consultant with early experience across External Audit and Internal Audit, focusing on Finance transformation. You will join client-facing teams to deliver finance controls and transformation engagements across Controls, Risk and Finance Performance.

The role targets individuals from Big 4 audit or risk advisory who want to transition into consulting and work across all three pillars. Strong analytics, communication and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in external audit or risk advisory is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with client-facing teams to deliver finance controls, risk and transformation engagements.
• Support SOX design, testing and walkthroughs where applicable.
• Map finance processes, identify risks and controls, and document key reports and IPE.
• Connect finance processes to broader risk landscape and support risk assessments.
