Finance Transformation Business UAT Manager

Role Purpose:

Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) function for accounting and reporting transformation initiatives. Responsible for developing and executing the UAT strategy, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with finance modernization goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage UAT strategy, plan, and execution for finance system transformation.
• Lead cross-functional testing teams across locations and vendors.
• Define and monitor test entry and exit criteria; report on test progress and defect management.
• Create and review test cases and scripts ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce final test completion reports for stakeholder sign-off.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards.
• Promote efficiency, standardization, and automation within finance processes.
• Monitor impact on quality, operational cost, user empowerment, and value creation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in project testing and delivery, ideally in finance or insurance sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud (GL and sub-ledger).
• Proven experience in test management across multiple teams and phases.
• Solid understanding of financial data, systems, and process flows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: experience in finance transformation, global delivery models, and relevant certifications.
