Job summary

You will lead governance activities, define scope with stakeholders, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and coordinate end-to-end testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change initiatives as Business Analyst/PM/PMO.
• Strong experience managing system integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent project governance, planning, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, governance materials and executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery governance activities: planning, scheduling, milestones, resources, budgeting, forecasting, status reporting.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, outcomes, benefits, and success measures.
• Gather, analyse, and document requirements, including process flows, user stories, rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discovery workshops for process mapping, prioritisation, risk assessment and decision-making.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure practical, testable solutions aligned with target-state architecture.
• Support backlog management, prioritisation, dependency tracking, change control, and sign-off on requirements.
• Drive project delivery ceremonies and governance routines across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage RAID and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate system integrations and interface dependencies as primary point of contact.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing (SIT and E2E) and deployment readiness.
• Work with PMO, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, QA, Risk, Compliance, Security, Vendors and others as required.
