Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to lead the administration, enhancement, and strategic development of our finance systems, with a primary focus on CCH Tagetik. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of EPM solutions that support financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes. You will be responsible for managing system upgrades, integrations, and process automation initiatives, while ensuring data integrity, user access controls, and compliance with internal controls.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are advantageous.

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance systems or EPM platforms.

• Strong hands-on experience wit;[h Tagetik (CCH Tagetik) will be a good plus, otherwise familiarity with other finance systems/BI tools such as SAP Hana, Power BI, Hyperion is required.

• Proven track record in managing EPM system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.

• A solid understanding of financial processes, and a proven track record of delivering finance system projects in complex environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and the ability to bridge finance and technology needs are essential for success in this role.
