JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Play a crucial role in the ongoing OneStream project, focusing on system integration and enhancing processes.
2. Manage OneStream consolidation tasks, including gathering reporting packages, reviewing subsidiary financial data, preparing elimination/adjusting entries, and ensuring IFRS compliance through close collaboration with subsidiary accounting teams.
3. Lead efforts to streamline consolidation processes across the group, boosting efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
4. Facilitate the separation of Business Units (BU) by generating distinct trial balances within the consolidation system and conducting BU-level consolidations.
5. Support the OneStream implementation to enable precise management reporting, aiding FP&A transformation and refining financial processes.
6. Cultivate strong team dynamics, promote technical excellence, and encourage effective cross-functional collaboration.
7. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. CPA is preferred.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
3. Extensive knowledge of IFRS and global accounting & consolidation principles.
4. Proven experience in consolidation accounting within multinational settings.
5. Practical experience with EPM software (e.g., OneStream) and proficiency in SAP.
6. Demonstrated leadership and a commitment to excellence.
7. Experience in implementing accounting systems and improving processes.
8. At least 7 years of accounting experience, either in professional firms or corporate accounting teams.
9. Preferably, experience in a Big 4 CPA firm.
