Finance systems & Consolidation (1 year renewable/Up to $9000+bonus/SAP)

Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in the ongoing OneStream project, focusing on system integration and enhancing processes.

• Manage OneStream consolidation tasks, including gathering reporting packages, reviewing subsidiary financial data, preparing elimination/adjusting entries, and ensuring IFRS compliance through close collaboration with subsidiary accounting teams.

• Lead efforts to streamline consolidation processes across the group, boosting efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Facilitate the separation of Business Units (BU) by generating distinct trial balances within the consolidation system and conducting BU-level consolidations.

• Support the OneStream implementation to enable precise management reporting, aiding FP&A transformation and refining financial processes.

• Cultivate strong team dynamics, promote technical excellence, and encourage effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Professional/License Certification:

• CPA is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.

Key Skills / Core Competencies:

• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and global accounting & consolidation principles.

• Proven experience in consolidation accounting within multinational settings.

• Practical experience with EPM software (e.g., OneStream) and proficiency in SAP.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and a commitment to excellence.

• Experience in implementing accounting systems and improving processes.

Experience:

• At least 7 years of accounting experience, either in professional firms or corporate accounting teams.

• Preferably, experience in a Big 4 CPA firm.
