Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.What you'll be doing Building and optimising scalable processes to support Revoluts continued hyper-growth Managing and improving the internal financial analytics suite and dashboards to help leadership understand company performance Performing detailed P&L analysis and diving into financial statements to uncover key business drivers Helping to scope and prioritise stakeholder requirements, converting them into actionable development tasks Identifying strategic risks and opportunities using data-driven insights Collaborating with designers and developers to build internal products that enable better decision-making Supporting long-term planning, financial forecasting, and central performance tracking Maintaining cross-functional visibility, including exposure to senior stakeholders, up to the CEOWhat you'll need 13 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment An uderstanding of accounting principles to interpret financial statements Proficiency in SQL A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end An analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable componentsNice to have Experience in finance and strategy within a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up An ACA or relevant financial qualification Experience with Python or big dataBuilding a global financial super app isnt enough.
