Finance & Strategy Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. In this dynamic, entry-level role, you will work directly with the Management Team to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and key financial planning activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic & Financial Support: Assist the Management with strategic planning, business development, and the creation of financial models to support key business decisions.
• Project Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide projects by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely progress.
• Market & Business Research: Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Data & Document Management: Maintain organized records of legal, financial, and operational documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including Game Development, Marketing, and HR to gather data, share insights, and drive project outcomes.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and managing internal communications.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in the gaming industry and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
