A leading company in the HR management sector is seeking a Cost Analyst to join their team in Singapore. The role involves various accounting responsibilities such as cost analysis, month-end closing, and assisting in budgeting activities. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting and have at least 2 years of experience in the costing field, alongside proficiency in Excel and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Costing field.
• Preferable with SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Fixed cost analysis and month-end accounts closing.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Monthly management accounting and costing report.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Fixed cost analysis.

• Cost calculation (including SAP setting maintenance).

• Month-end accounts closing.

• Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing, and budgeting.

• Raw material cost and pricing analysis.

• Monthly management accounting report and Costing report.

• Assist in Budget, Estimation activity and in actual variance analysis.

• Assist in Transfer Price Calculation.

• Stock taking and inventory reconciliation.

• Ad-hoc supports for all accounting and finance duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Costing field.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Good communication skill and able to collaborate with different functions.

• Preferable with SAP knowledge.
