About the Company

Our client is a leading philanthropic organisation headquartered in Singapore. With operations and curated programs run across South East Asia, the company has built a stellar reputation in their industry through operational excellence and impactful intervention. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Finance Specialist.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Finance Operations: Oversee month-end closing, accounts payable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

• Audit & Compliance: Support tax compliance, statutory and internal audits, and preparation of financial statements.

• Reporting: Partner with internal teams and provide reporting to senior management and external regulatory bodies.

• Finance Project (Process / System): Review finance policies and systems, and support process improvements and institutional projects.

Key Requirements

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Certification in Accountancy, Finance, Business.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting & finance

• Prior work experience in external audit an advantage

• Professional qualifications e.g. CA / CPA / ACCA an advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
