Job summary

Apex Harmony Lodge is seeking a dedicated finance professional to join our team and help strengthen governance and financial stewardship. The role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and proactive financial planning to support our mission.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead regulatory and grant reporting, and drive improvements across finance processes while growing your career in a healthcare/non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Holds a Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline, or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Brings at least 5 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in healthcare or non-profit sectors.
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to handle increasingly complex responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthening audit readiness and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing insights and recommendations to management and key committees.
• Assuming broader responsibilities as the organisation evolves.
• Driving accurate and timely financial reporting, closing and operations.
• Turning financial data into insights to support better decisions.
• Championing strong governance, compliance and internal controls.
• Managing regulatory, funding, grant and statutory reporting requirements.
• Identifying risks, gaps and opportunities before they become issues.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
