Job summary

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is seeking a Finance/Policy professional to provide timely analysis, reviews and data insights to the Board, especially in areas of management information, financial incentives and budgetary control.

The role requires familiarity with incentive guidelines administered by EDB and close collaboration with multiple teams, including senior executives and policy groups.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Strong attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge and practices in Data Analytics and Tableau will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet with senior executives, researchers and lead engineers to ascertain the status of financial incentives awarded to companies.
• Assessing the achievement of incentives conditions with on-site visit and documents review.
• Reviewing claims submitted by companies, for compliance with guidelines and award letters.
• Ensuring service delivery in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements, from planning, fieldwork and reporting.
• Identifying gaps and shaping policy framework from issues identified.
• Preparing periodic report to senior management.
• Promoting organisational awareness on incentive governance and risk management.
