Job description

Location: Singapore | Regional Exposure | Full-Time, Permanent

We are supporting a multinational insurer undergoing a post-implementation phase of a large-scale finance transformation program. The organization is seeking a Finance Reporting Analyst with IFRS 17 knowledge to join its regional team in driving BAU adoption, optimizing workflows, and strengthening reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a regional liaison to support IFRS 17 reporting across various country finance teams.

  • Review and enhance reporting workflows and system configurations linked to IFRS 17 processes.

  • Assist in evaluating and refining the subledger reporting tools and outputs.

  • Support in documenting processes, developing training materials, and delivering knowledge transfer sessions.

  • Participate in change request discussions, testing, and implementation related to the IFRS 17 solution.

Ideal Profile:
  • 5+ years' experience in finance, audit, or consulting within insurance or financial services.

  • Solid understanding of financial reporting processes; familiarity with IFRS 17 is highly advantageous.

  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., actuarial, IT, accounting).

  • Comfortable handling large datasets and working within regional frameworks.

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
