Job summary

Citi Singapore is seeking an Officer, Finance Reporting Intermediate Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting team. Based in Singapore, you will support the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reports to local regulators and U.S.

authorities, collaborating with Finance and Risk teams. The role requires 2-5+ years in financial services regulatory reporting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in financial services regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports such as FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, FFIEC 009, FR Y-15.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex organization.
• Ability to assess risk and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support production and submission of regulatory filings to U.S. regulators.
• Monitor metrics and implement controls to ensure accuracy.
• Drive process improvements for regulatory reporting efficiency and transparency.
• Assist during regulatory inquiries and examinations with analysis.
• Collaborate on implementing U.S. regulatory changes in reporting framework.
• Partner with Risk & Controls to maintain internal control structure.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge within finance with related industry practices.
