Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking an Assistant, Finance Projects for a 6-month contract in Singapore. You will support data validation and administrative tasks as the organization implements a new financial consolidation system.

Fresh graduates or current undergraduates in Accounting, Finance, or related fields are welcome, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with the Finance team to review reports, perform data checks, maintain trackers, and assist with

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a Degree, or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines or a recent fresh graduate in related disciplines.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• No prior finance or system implementation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance team in reviewing and validating data migrated into the new consolidation system.
• Perform basic comparison checks between reports from existing and new systems using predefined templates and instructions.
• Highlight data differences and exceptions for review by finance team members.
• Compile, organize, and maintain validation results and supporting documents.
• Support testing activities by preparing files, templates, and test data as required.
• Record testing outcomes, user feedback, and identified issues in project trackers.
• Maintain issue logs, action item registers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to collect information and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, note-taking, and other project-related administrative tasks.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Finance team during key project milestones.
