Who We Are:

The Singpass team builds Singapore’s digital identity system. This includes various personal authentication protocols, data sharing tools, and corporate identity systems through Corppass. The team’s mission is to provide reliable digital identity infrastructure that streamlines transactions, enables businesses, and protects against fraud.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance & Procurement partner to join our SingpassCorporate team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in Finance andProcurement domain who care about solving problems and making an impact on public good.

As a Finance & Procurement partner, you will work closely with the Singpass Corporate team to track and move resources and processes to ensure product teams get what they need toachieve the best outcomes. You will help keep that finance and procurement processes runningday-to-day, and will also be continually monitoring usage behaviours, partnering withstakeholders so as to identify gaps and areas for process and system improvements for theorganisation.

On a day to day basis, this means:

• Manage and continually improve end-to-end procurement and finance processes and ensure product teams and other functions can quickly get what they require whileensuring accountability
• Directly troubleshoot user finance / procurement-related help requests and issues tosolve root causes and improve employee experience.
• Measure finance / procurement user behaviours and process/ tool usage to identifyneeds and opportunities to improve the finance & procurement experience across theorganisation.
• Work with internal stakeholders, legal, procurement, finance and audit team to ensureprocessing of required legal and financial documents, records and other administrativematters are cleared and reconciled
• Plan and run initiatives to improve finance & procurement tools, policies, and practices tohelp teams run more effectively in Singpass.
• Partner with product teams and management to derive and provide key data andinsights for decision-making
• Cross-collaboration with change agents on high impact transformation projects thatcontribute to the success of GovTech’s corporate transformation
