Job Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Advise departments on compliance with procurement processes.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and calculate depreciation.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for management review.
Ensure accurate General Ledger entries and timely statutory reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors for audit readiness and compliance.
Support corporate governance through board meeting documentation and secretarial duties.
Manage compliance and documentation related to charity regulations and IPC requirements.
Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize fund allocation.
Process monthly payroll and handle CPF and other statutory contributions.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (e.g. ACCA); relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
At least 8 years of experience in financial accounting, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong background in both Finance and Procurement is required.
Experience with organisational procurement processes; familiarity with GeBIZ is an advantage.
Proficient in Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and analytical.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Able to lead and support two Singapore-based finance and procurement executives.
