Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Process Intelligence Leader for Finance to shape and execute our AI-driven transformation. You will build end-to-end visibility across Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report, and partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT to deliver measurable value.

You will standardize KPIs, dashboards, and self-service data products, driving adoption of Celonis, Signavio, and UiPath, and act as trusted advisor to Global Process Owners and Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with process intelligence / process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Process Intelligence strategy for Finance, aligned with AI automation roadmaps.
• Establish end-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams.
• Drive adoption and value realization of process intelligence platforms.
• Translate insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions including automation.
• Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT to deliver measured business value.
• Define and standardize process KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards for leadership.
• Enable self-service process intelligence through data products and playbooks.
• Act as trusted advisor to Global Process Owners and Finance leadership.
