Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior specialist to lead Finance process intelligence initiatives. You will shepherd end-to-end visibility across core Finance value streams and drive adoption of process intelligence platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, and UiPath.

The role emphasizes translating insights into a prioritized automation pipeline and measurable business value. You will partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to deliver improvements, define metrics, and enable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related area with over 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree with more than 3 years of related experience.
Practical experience with process intelligence or process mining tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows.
Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior and executive collaborators.

Responsibilities

Direct and guide the process intelligence plan for Finance, aligned with automation roadmaps.
Establish end-to-end process visibility across Finance value streams (Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report).
Promote adoption and governance of process intelligence platforms (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath).
Translate insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions including automation and improvements.
