Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is looking for a Finance professional to support the reporting, submission, and communication of financial KPIs with timely, accurate delivery. You will collaborate with Distribution, Strategy, and Product teams on KPI monitoring, financial planning, and forecasting, and assist in implementing tools and dashboards to strengthen tracking capabilities.

• Support reporting, submission and communication of financial KPIs, ensuring quality submission within timeline
• Facilitate KPI tracking and analysis to provide management with actionable insights
• Support financial KPIs tracking along with financial planning and forecasting with Distribution, Strategy and Product teams
• Assist in sales forecasting discussions with Distribution team, aligned to the company’s vision and market trends
• Assist in implementing tools and dashboards to improve process efficiency and tracking capabilities

Support the reporting, submission, and communication of financial KPIs by ensuring accurate and timely delivery, while facilitating KPI tracking and analysis to provide management with actionable insights for informed decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across Distribution, Strategy, and Product teams on KPI monitoring, financial planning, and forecasting activities aligned with company objectives. Partner with the Distribution team on sales forecasting by incorporating the latest market trends and sentiment to support the company’s strategic direction, and assist in implementing tools and dashboards to improve process efficiency and strengthen tracking capabilities.

• To support reporting, submission and communication of financial KPIs, as well as ensure quality submission within timeline
• To facilitate the financial KPIs tracking process and appropriate analysis to assist management team to make informed decision
• To support financial KPIs tracking as well as financial planning and forecasting discussion with different stakeholders including Distribution, Strategy and Product team, aligned to company’s target
• To support the discussion with Distribution team for sales forecasting, aligned with company’s vision, taking into account latest trending and market sentiments
• To support implementation of tools and dashboard to improve process/tracking efficiency
