About the Role

SGP Healthcare Investments Pte Ltd operates the ClearSK group of franchised aesthetic and wellness centers across Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur. As the group strengthens its finance operations in line with its expansion into bio-regenerative healthcare and preparation for IPO, we are looking for a Finance & Payroll Admin to join our growing regional team. This role provides exposure to both accounting and payroll functions covering employees in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities and assist in monthly closings.
  • Prepare payroll computations and ensure accurate, timely salary payments for all regional employees.
  • Administer employee records and payroll changes in compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in staff cost allocations across entities.
  • Support preparation of monthly management and financial reports.
  • Liaise with HR and finance teams across countries to ensure consistent payroll practices.
  • Assist in automation of payroll templates and accounting workflows.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external audits.
Requirements
  • Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Biomedical Science, Biology, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant accounting or payroll experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting or payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel; comfortable with AI-assisted tools and data templates.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling employee information.
