[External Relations + Financial Management + Team Building｜Primarily Remote｜On-Site as Needed]

Work Requirements

• Primarily remote work, with occasional visits to the office or client sites as needed
• Strong external communication skills required to maintain professional relationships with clients, banks, and partners
Responsible for both company and client-side financial management and team operations

Working Hours

• 5 days per week, 5 hours per day
Flexible schedule (can be split into segments)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage client and internal accounts, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports
• Oversee cash flow and budget control
• Handle GST, tax filing, and corporate secretarial matters
• Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Drive business development for the finance company and maintain client relationships
• Build, train, and manage the finance and business teams; establish workflows and performance standards
• Conduct regular team training to improve overall professional skills and service quality

Job Requirements

• Experience in accounting firms, financial service companies, or corporate financial management
• Proficient in financial software and data analysis tools
• Familiar with banking processes and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in team management and training, capable of leading teams to meet performance targets
Strong communication skills; able to independently manage client needs and business negotiations

Compensation

Part-time probation period (3–6 months): SGD 1,600–2,000/month

Upon confirmation: Base salary + Profit-sharing mechanism (specific terms negotiable)
