Job summary

Audemars Piguet offers a full-time internship within the Finance team in Singapore, supporting daily finance operations and administrative activities in an international environment. You will work closely with the Finance team to gain exposure to financial controls, accounts payable processes, stock checks, and GST documentation, while developing strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent Excel and MS Office skills are valued, with hands-on experience across end-to-end finance tasks

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Available to commence on 15 October 2026 for a 6-month full-time internship.
• Singaporean or eligible to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify employee expense claims and petty cash per company policies.
• Review and validate invoices with supporting documents and purchase orders.
• Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile boutique invoices and supporting documentation.
• Monitor incoming payments, including credit card settlements and transfers.
• Assist stock take activities and periodic inventory exercises.
• Prepare documentation required for GST reviews and audits.
• Maintain filing, scanning and archiving of finance documents.
• Organize and upkeep of finance records and storage areas.
• Provide administrative support and contribute to ad hoc finance projects.
