A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an accounting position responsible for SFRS, SFA, and MAS compliance. The role involves budget management, financial statements preparation, and assisting in audits. Candidates should have a diploma/degree and relevant experience in finance/accounting, preferably within the banking sector. Strong communication skills are essential.
Job Description
Responsible for accounting issues under SFRS, SFA, MAS and other relevant rules as well as the group policy.
Assist to make/manage a Business Plan (Budget control, Balance sheet control, Cash in-out flow control)
Assist prepare financial statement, and reporting package to Head Office every month.
Assist to prepare and submit reports to MAS
Assist the team leader to handle Annual Audit
Assist to prepare quarterly GST return and Annual Tax Return
To organize and prepare statutory records and books.
To establish internal rules and regulations.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors and Management.
Job Requirement
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
1-2 years working experiences in Finance/Accounting within Financial Institutes
Banking sector is advantageous
