Finance Officer (AR) / Up to $2,700 + VB

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $2,700 depending on experience
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm)

Job Description:

This is a full-time role for the Finance Officer (AR) located in Ubi. Our company is a Swedish MNC leading manufacturer of locks, locking systems, and architectural hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Update all sales-related information
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including registering and updating all payments
• Follow up on outstanding receivables
• Invoicing for local projects, export sales, service, and maintenance
• Monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances
• Local regulatory reporting
• Perform other financial duties and schedules
• Backup finance department staff during absences
• Assist with administrative duties
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management team

Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage300 (preferred)
• Minimum ITE or diploma in accountancy; preferred financial qualifications such as ACCA, Finance, Business, or other internationally recognized certifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international organization with a fast-paced environment
