Job description

• Direct and oversee the finance team to ensure the preparation of precise and timely financial reports.
• Manage all aspects of cash flow, budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Offer strategic financial guidance to inform business planning, investment decisions, and organizational growth.
• Design and execute financial initiatives aimed at boosting profitability and streamlining operational performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis and insights to empower data-driven decision-making across the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline; CPA or CFA certification is an advantage
• Demonstrated success in a Finance Manager role, preferably within the distribution or trading sector
• Effective leadership capabilities with experience in guiding and developing finance teams
• Comprehensive understanding of cash flow management, financial practices, and accounting standards
• Skilled in using financial tools and ERP platforms for accurate reporting and analysis
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills
