Job description

Location: West
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays)
Salary: S$6,000/month (based on 12 months)

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and manage annual budgets
• Prepare forecasts and financial projections
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions

Reporting

• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Cash Flow & Compliance

• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with auditors
• Assess and mitigate financial risks

Financial Control & Strategy

• Implement robust internal controls and cost-saving initiatives
• Oversee capital expenditures and investment evaluations
• Align financial strategy with business growth plans

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 finance professionals
• Collaborate across departments to support operational goals

Stakeholder Engagement & Systems

• Communicate financial insights to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage financial systems and leverage data analytics for decision-making

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration/ CPA certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
