Job description

Job Location: West Area, UP - Salary: $8000

Job Scope:

1. Oversees the Accounting department, including budget and audit functions.
2. Collaborates with other department managers to monitor each department and make necessary recommendations.
3. Directs the preparation of all financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and reports to governmental agencies.
4. Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; oversees and proposes necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
5. Reviews planning processes and proposes amendments when required.
6. Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization.
7. Works with Senior Management to coordinate planning and establish priorities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management.
• Certified Public Accountant qualification; familiarity with XERO accounting software is an added advantage.
