Description

As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insights. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll work closely with regional and global teams to manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership and stakeholders
2. Partner with operations and commercial teams to optimize financial performance
3. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards
4. Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, controls, and processes
5. Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning

Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA preferred.
2. At least 8 years in financial management, ideally within tech or high-growth environments
3. Strong international experience and understanding of multi-entity reporting
4. Exceptional analytical, modeling, and presentation skills
5. A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
6. Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global business
