A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy, significant experience in accounting and management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves strategic financial reporting, budget preparation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy / Chartered Accountant or equivalent required.
• More than 5 years' experience in accounting, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Ability to speak Bahasa or experience with Indonesian counterparts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations including accounting, tax management, and reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax managers, and corporate secretary to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and review financial reports and analysis for management.

Job description

• Lead and manage all financial operations within policies and guidelines

• Lead and manage all matters on financial accounting, bookkeeping, tax management and management reporting

• Liaise with external parties e.g. auditors/tax managers/corporate secretary in ensuring compliance to laws and regulations

• Prepare and review financial reports and recommendations to management

• Prepare budget, forecast and financial analysis

• Work closely with internal parties and provide advice and recommendations

• Work with team members to strengthen internal controls and improve workflow processes

• Assist in any other matters as assigned by the management

  
  Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Chartered Accountant or equivalent

• More than 5 years' experience in accounting with min 3 years in a supervisory position

• Ability to speak Bahasa or working experience with Indonesian counterparts will be a plus as the Company have offices in Indonesia

• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel

• Meticulous, able to work well under fast paced environment

• Ability to work after office hours as required to handle urgent/time-sensitive deadlines.
