About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our fast-paced team at TOMRA Singapore Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio. As the Finance Manager TC Asia, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our business unit in the Asia region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end finance operations for the TOMRA TC Asia unit, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering with key stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Provide strategic financial insights and advice to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with the regional and global finance teams to align on best practices and group-wide initiatives
  • Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive continuous improvement
  • What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably within a multinational or fast-growing company
  • Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights
  • Experience in leading and developing finance teams
  • Proficiency in using financial management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
