About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our fast-paced team at TOMRA Singapore Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio. As the Finance Manager TC Asia, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our business unit in the Asia region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end finance operations for the TOMRA TC Asia unit, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering with key stakeholders

Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks

Provide strategic financial insights and advice to support business decision-making

Collaborate with the regional and global finance teams to align on best practices and group-wide initiatives

Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

8+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably within a multinational or fast-growing company

Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, and financial analysis

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights

Experience in leading and developing finance teams

Proficiency in using financial management tools and software

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
