Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager (Financial Reporting & FP&A) to oversee group-wide financial reporting, planning and statutory compliance.

You will lead month-end closes, prepare budgets and forecasts, manage cash flow and liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure regulatory filings meet SGX and MAS requirements. This role demands strong analytical skills and clear communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• 5-6 years of accounting and/or external audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Experience in Real estate or Listed company environment is advantageous.
• Highly organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and management reporting for a group of entities, ensuring timely month-end and quarter-end closes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly analytical reviews, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Lead quarterly forecasts, monthly cash flow projections and annual budgets for financial planning.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in line with accounting standards and local requirements.
• Manage quarterly GST returns and annual tax submissions with tax agents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SGX and MAS reporting obligations.
• Liaise with auditors, trustees, tax agents and external service providers on reporting and compliance matters.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements.
