Job Description: Finance Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team, handling a full set of accounts and playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial records. This role requires a proactive individual willing to learn and adapt to evolving technologies, as well as someone who can extend their efforts when necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full Set of Accounts
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and fixed assets.
    • Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  2. Audit and Compliance
    • Prepare and coordinate all audit schedules and documentation.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, addressing queries and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Reconciliations
    • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, vendor statements, and intercompany transactions.
    • Identify discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all records align with accounting standards.
  4. Ad-Hoc Tasks
    • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives requiring financial input and collaboration.
  5. Learning & Adapting to Evolving Technologies
    • Embrace new technologies in the accounting and finance field to enhance efficiency.
    • Continuously update skills and knowledge to support digital transformation within the department.
  6. Stretching Extra When Required
    • Show readiness to work extended hours as needed during peak periods to meet deadlines and support business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing a full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamic Navision accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
