Job summary

Une entreprise établie dans l'industrie des REIT à Singapour recherche un Finance Manager pour gérer les opérations financières de plusieurs filiales. Ce rôle implique des tâches variées allant des clôtures financières au reporting de gestion, tout en travaillant de manière collaborative avec divers intervenants et en améliorant les processus en cours. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 6 ans d'expérience et des qualifications professionnelles reconnues.

Qualifications

• D'un diplôme en finance ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience de 6 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire.
• Qualification CA, ISCA ou ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les opérations financières des filiales, y compris les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
• Réviser le travail des Exécutifs Comptables et faire des rapports financiers.
• S'impliquer dans l'amélioration des processus et des systèmes.

My client is an established firm within the REIT industry and is currently expanding their footprint. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

about the job
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is responsible for the financial operations of subsidiaries, including the full spectrum of end-to-end financial activities such as month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings, reviewing the work of Accounts Executives, and financial and management reporting. You will also be involved in process and systems improvements.

skills and experience required

You are ideally degree qualified with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity. You are ideally CA, ISCA, or ACCA qualified. Experience in audit is highly advantageous. You are a team player and well-adjusted to fast-paced environments. You are comfortable dealing with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in SGX reporting is preferred.
