Finance Manager/ Senior Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company's regional offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the company's financial performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the company's regional offices.
2. Oversee the financial operations of the regional offices including monthly financial and reporting activities, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, debt financing, tax and audit matters, regional projects management and insurance matters.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws in the region.
5. Manage cash flow and financial risk of the regional offices.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including banks, auditors, and government agencies.
7. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals in the regional offices.
8. Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and achieve financial goals.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
10. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. CPA or equivalent professional certification.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the Manufacturing industry.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws in the APAC region.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving financial performance.
7. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
8. Strong leadership and people management skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
