A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily operations and financial reporting. This role requires extensive account management and experience in financial strategies. The chosen candidate will provide guidance, manage audits, and enhance the team's financial knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of finance and cost accounting experience.
• Audit experience is preferred.
• Must possess strong numerical and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage monthly and quarterly closing of accounts.
• Provide accounts guidance and manage group statutory audits.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations.

• Ensure timely reporting & manage tight deadlines.

• Manage monthly and quarterly closing of accounts.

• Report forecast/Actual FS to Management and suggest financial matter (e.g. cash flow management).

• Half yearly Budget Management Reporting

• To provide accounts guidance to all team members.

• To provide quarterly GST submission.

• Tax Computation.

• Enhance Team Financial knowledge.

• Enhance Team Time management.

• Manage Foreign entities (Eg: Dubai, KSA, Philippines and Yangon)

• Responsible for timely completion of group statutory audits.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

• Preferably with at least 10 years’ finance & cost accounting experience.

• Candidate with audit experience will be added advantage.

• Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel is added advantage.

• Must have Knowledge of SAP.

• Knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA a good advantage.

• Work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.

• Team player, team leader Detail Oriented and Disciplined.

• Meticulous, ability to work with numbers and data analysis.
