Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance operations and ensure timely reporting under tight deadlines.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly closings and budget reports.
• Prepare and analyze forecasts vs. actual financials; advise on cash flow and financial matters.
• Provide accounting guidance and support to team members.
• Lead GST filings, tax computations, and statutory audits.
• Manage financials for overseas entities (e.g., Dubai, KSA, Philippines, Yangon).
• Foster team development in financial and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/equivalent; audit background preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and cost accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP; knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with auditors and tax agents.
• Leadership qualities with a disciplined, detail-oriented work ethic.
