Finance Manager (Petrochemicals / O&G)

Our client is in the Oil & Gas industry located in the heart of the CBD area, currently seeks a Finance Manager to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will be working in a team of 3 staff. He / She will be responsible to manage the finance operations in the Middle East joint venture, and to ensure smooth finance operation in the Singapore office. The main duties will include financial & management reporting, financial analysis, tax planning, forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, and liaising with internal & external business units.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent in a reputable university
• Post-grad qualifications such as CA, CPA, and Masters would be advantageous
• At least 8 years working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within MNCs or joint ventures, with 4 years of audit experience preferably in a Big4 Audit Firm
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate communication and collaboration with Chinese counterparties and business partners who are based in China.
