• Position: Finance Manager (Operation)
• Well Established Marine and Offshore Service Provider
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to 9,000 Basic Salary
• Company Transport Provided at Designated Pick-Up Point
• Working Location: Tuas
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives, policies, and budgets.
• Ensure targeted daily sales outstanding (DSO) is achieved.
• Perform credit risk analysis on customers.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across all operations.
• Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes, especially in Accounts Payable and Payments.
• Manage cash flow for the Singapore group, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs while managing financial and interest rate risks.
• Oversee the costing function to ensure report accuracy, timely clearance of delta costs, and analysis of unusual contribution margins.
• Partner with other departments to develop financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Identify financial risks related to operational functions and implement mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with the FP&A and GL teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent.
• Min 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in operational finance role.
• Experience in leading team of at least 5 staffs.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred.
