• Location: Jurong East (walking distance from MRT)

Our Client is ambitious and fast-growing start-up group with ventures in food & beverage , construction, and other dynamic sectors

Your Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing the full suite of finance and accounting functions—from budgeting to reporting, statutory compliance to operational support. You’ll work closely with the CFO and business heads to ensure the financial health and scalability of both the restaurant and the broader group.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Lead all accounting and finance operations for the restaurant and group entities

• Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Consolidate group financials and maintain compliance with IRAS, ACRA, CPF, and GST regulations

Budgeting & Business Partnering

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes

• Monitor actuals vs forecasts and provide insights to leadership

• Advise on cost-saving strategies, profitability, and investment opportunities

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Manage daily cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships

• Forecast funding needs and ensure healthy liquidity across the group

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Set up internal controls, SOPs, and accounting policies

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities

• Ensure smooth and timely tax filing and statutory reporting

Operational Finance (F&B Focus)

• Oversee POS reconciliation, supplier payments, payroll, and costing

• Work closely with restaurant and operations teams for process alignment

• Offer actionable financial insights for better business decisions

What We are Looking For:

• A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• 10+ years’ experience, preferably with F&B or multi-entity exposure

• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently

• Proficient in tools like Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
