Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and align with the company's objectives and market conditions.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis, providing insights for management decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, assess financial performance, identify trends, and present findings to senior management for strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
• Identify financial risks, assess their potential impact, and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash positions to support operational needs and ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, oversee tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to maintain accurate and timely compliance.
• Review and analyze ROI and other key financial ratios for major investment proposals based on data prepared by other departments.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth, ensuring adherence to financial policies, and maintaining a high standard of financial discipline.
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, procurement, and operations to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and optimize overall company performance.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Degree / CA / CPA / ACCA
• Experience in the F&B-related industry is a must (restaurant)
