Finance Manager ( Medical Industry, Central Area ) #HFQ

As a Finance Manager for Clinic Chain, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To prepare and validate key financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and board reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• To conduct analysis on performance variances versus budget/forecast, identifying key drivers and anomalies for leadership attention.
• To drive enhancements in financial reporting tools and analytical approaches.
• To oversee tax submissions, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• To assist in statutory reporting processes, including annual submissions to ACRA.
• To lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts in partnership with key stakeholders.
• To partner with internal teams, MOH, and external parties to oversee funding and uphold financial stewardship.

Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years of experience in managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills in accounting and reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
