Job summary

A financial recruitment agency located in Singapore seeks a Financial Manager to oversee AR and AP activities, manage budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in multinational companies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP and BPC are preferred. Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Manage AR and AP activities and Fixed Assests.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: monitors, and updates financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Management Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Budget Management: Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments to align with business objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manages cash flow, monitors accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and maintains optimal cash balances.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinates internal and external audits.
  • Cost Control & Optimization: Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements best practices to improve financial performance.
  • Business Partnering: Works with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a financial management role, ideally with experience in multinational or high-growth companies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and preferably with SAP and BPC knowledge
  • Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good team player.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
