Finance Manager (Manufacturing / Management Accounting) YH39

Responsibilities:

• Leads, guides, and manages the Finance Team to fulfill the responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Monitors and updates financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Management Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Budget Management: Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments to align with business objectives.

• Cash Flow Management: Manages cash flow, monitors accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintains optimal cash balances.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinates internal and external audits.

• Cost Control & Optimization: Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements best practices to improve financial performance.

• Business Partnering: Works with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years in a financial management role, ideally with experience in multinational or high-growth companies.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably with SAP and BPC knowledge.

• Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good team player.

• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

• Open to meetings at night with the US side.
